KOME is the combination of 'Korea' and 'home'. It is a brand that realizes Korean traditional values and formative beauty in the space of home. Kome puts "naturalness", Korea's unique value forward, and combines it with home-decoration to present craft and design products for all kinds of places we live in. Kome proceeds a project every year on a selected space in home. This year's space is the study. We present our new stationery collection featuring <Hanokche Pattern>, using the eaves of Hanok as a design element. This is Kome's signature design, and it features tradition blending seamlessly with the modern minimalistic sensibility.

Designed with elongated forms of the Korean consonants 'ㄴ' (nieun) and 'ㄷ' (digeut), this paperweight is crafted in solid brass for a substantial feel and provides stable support for items.
Looking at its side profile, you can see the distinct forms of Korean letters. While the 'ㄷ' shape provides enough weight to function as a paperweight, it can also serve as a stylish pen rest or business card holder. Beyond its practical function of securing items, its sculptural form serves as an artistic object that enhances any space.
Created using the sand casting technique, the sturdy brass surface features a natural sandy texture. This powdery finish complements the coolness of the metal, creating a warm and inviting aesthetic.
